Today's Skype tutorial with Adesola (one to one) was very helpful. I have now got an idea of where to start on this new beginning of the course. From now i will re read the module one handbook and then get a clear timetable and figure out what Skype calls i plan to addend this term. Another thing i can think more in depth about is my "practice" and how i would describe what i do. In response to Adesola's blog one new beginning i can think of is when i did my first professional job at The Roundhouse, London. I remember feeling a shift from doing shows at school to being treated as a professional. This was a big moment as it is what all those years of training were building up to and it felt like a completely new beginning into not only being a professional but into adulthood. Hello my name is Oona Thompson welcome to my blog After yesterdays Skype call I found it very helpful in giving me an overview of the course. I have gathered a greater understanding of the degree and what I should expect over the next term. I learnt on uni hub when I log in you can go to "my learning" and then "BAPP" in this you can see your module handbook which I have since been reading through. I have also looked at the academic calendar and looking at the dates putting the dates of the Skype calls in my calendar so I can work around it. We were told by Helen on the call the deadline for any work is the 17th of December which is an important date in my calendar insuring I am organised and can plan up to that date.
